- If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted. You may, however, request a reschedule.
- Should you be deemed intoxicated, the crew have the right to refuse you entry back on board the vessel.
- Should you be refused entry into one of the venues, you will be unable to continue the tour – no refunds or reschedule will be given (including tours with any inclusions)
- Less than 48 hours prior to travel date – 100% cancellation fee
- No Show – 100% cancellation fee
