Cashback is ineligible for the following: · Flights paid partially or in full with Velocity points or credits (cancellations etc.). · Flights using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on Virgin Australia’s site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching. · Codeshare bookings which is defined as any booking where the operating airline is not Virgin Australia. · Bookings generated directly from Paid Search or Advertising Networks without the written approval from Virgin Australia. · Ancillary products for hotels, cars, extra seats, baggage or insurance which are made through manage your booking, check-in or in non-flight related booking platforms. · Commission is only paid if a flight has fully flown and the booking has not been changed or cancelled. · Flights booked via the Virgin Australia mobile app. · Flights that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded. · GST and all other taxes, levies and surcharges. · Fraudulent transactions.
