Maharaja's on Carmen Carlingford

Maharaja's on Carmen is a bespoke Indian Restaurant in the Hills district. It is the latest of many Maharaja's restaurants that Sydney has seen, the first being at Kirribilli in 1991. It's an elegant restaurant beautifully finished in aqua-teal with gold and black décor. The locals are calling it their neighbourhood gem. It has brought the Carmen strip alive at night with outdoor dining.
