FIKA Coffee Brewers opened its doors in May 2015 in central Ballarat. Run by barista and Buninyong local Matt Freeman, formerly of Melbourne’s St Ali, FIKA has quickly established itself as one of Ballarat’s go-to coffee hubs. FIKA is all about a quality experience, from that sip on your Sensory Lab coffee, to the touch of your Laguiole knife. Couple that with fresh bagel sandwiches, a selection of Kwak Scrolls and occasional drops of Doughboys Doughnuts and it’s no wonder FIKA is bustling around the clock.
