• Start Times: 7:30am | 10:30am | 1:30pm (Arrival 15 min before tour time)
• Open Monday to Sunday
• Closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Australia Day

Duration

• Tour Duration: Approx. 2.5 hours
• Paddling time to Wavebreak Island: 25 minutes approx
• Beachwalk to Wave Break Island's Eastern side: 10 minutes approx
• Snorkelling/relaxing time: 40 minutes approx
• Snack time: 15 minutes approx
• Paddling time to departure point: 30 minutes approx

Departure Location

• Meeting point is at 462-482 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters (beach side). Please look for the operator's trailer with kayaks, which will be parked alongside the road on the beach side. Seaway Kayaking Tours are not a shop, the street numbers previously mentioned are only to be used as a reference point
• If you are staying in Main Beach or Broadbeach, you can easily access any of the pick up stations by using the Gtram service. Mantra Sun City is closest and only a 2 minute walk from the tram
• Parking: Free & unlimited street parking

What To Bring

• Towel
• Sun hat
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• A reusable water bottle
• Swimwear (please be wearing at time of arrival)
• Protective clothing (UV+ & waterproof preferably)
• Spare clothes to get changed at the end of the tour
• Covid-safe app downloaded & activated in your phone
• Appropriate shoes for both walking and kayaking that can get wet. (Thongs or beach sandals are suitable)

Additional Information

• Moderate fitness and basic water confidence are recommended. Life jackets are provided and must be worn.
• Morning = calmer (great for beginners)
• Afternoon = more challenging (for more confident paddlers)
• Group Size: Max 24 participants
• If you suffer from asthma, diabetes, allergies or any other medical conditions please bring the appropriate treatment with you. Otherwise you might be not allowed to join the tour
• Dry Bags will be provided for your valuable items, but the operator will not responsible for any damages they could suffer on the tour
• There are no toilets at the departure area or during the tour. Therefore, please come ready to grab your kayak and go for your adventure
• Arrive already prepared and ready to go. This means wearing your swim gear (e.g. swimmers/boardshorts/leggings/rash vest)

Terms and Conditions

• Ages 4+ (under 18s with adult)
• 200kg per double kayak; 100kg per single kayak
• Not suitable for pregnancy or back problems (for guest ssafety)
• All guests must sign our digital waiver before the tour
• Non-swimmers are welcome if comfortable wearing a life jacket. Life jackets must be worn while kayaking and snorkelling, including for confident swimmers.
• A certain fitness level is required; no refunds if unable to complete
• Tours depend on suitable weather and minimum numbers. We may cancel up to 1 hr before departure if conditions are unsafe or participant numbers are not met- reschedule, credit or refund will be offered.
• Wildlife sightings and water visibility vary with tides, weather, and seasons and are not guaranteed
• Seaway Kayaking Tours is not responsible for undesired weather conditions or natural changes

Cancellation Policy

• Flexible: Cancel/reschedule ≥ 24 hrs before for full refund or new date
• No refunds/rescheduling for: No-shows or late arrivals, Cancellations < 24 hrs before, Change of mind on arrival, Insufficient fitness or water confidence
