Perfect for those who love both relaxing and the outdoors, this daytime adventure tour sees you explore the treetops of Hollybank. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you enjoy this exhilarating adventure. Lasting for up to approximately 3-hours, you'll soar through the different levels of trees, enjoying views of the forest floor below you. For the best way to really appreciate the natural landscape of Hollybank Forest, this is it!
Tours operate with no more than 12 guests per group, so you can be confident that you will receive the attention you deserve. With knowledgeable guides to assist you throughout the entirety of the tour, your safety is paramount. Not only this, but the guides will also provide you with a number of interesting facts about the landscape to really top of an already incredible experience. Following the tour, you'll venture back to the Visitor Centre by foot to unwind in the Hollybank Cafe and pick up digital photos of your tour to take home!
With all gear supplied to you, all you need to bring is some comfortable clothing, closed in shoes, wet weather gear if desired and your sense of adventure and you're in for an awesome day out! This is an all weather tour, with some wet weather gear available. Bookings are essential!

Supervision Requirements:
- Children (8-15yrs): An adult is required to climb as a supervisor (1:4). An adult ticket is required.
- Juniors (3-7yrs): No adult access on this level. An adult supervising from the ground is required (1:4).

Highlights
- The journey includes cable spans between 15 metres and 400 metres, connected by tree platforms called 'cloud stations'
- Following the adventure, visitors make their way back to the Visitor's Centre along a pathway of beautiful, mature trees planted early in the 20th century. Here, visitors can relax and share their experience

Junior 3-7yrs
- This is where our youngest adventurers start out, building up their skills and confidence as they climb solo!
- Onsite Adult (18+) supervision is required. No Grown-Up or Adult access to Junior courses allowed.
- A reach height of 120 cm is recommended.
Junior Pro 3-7yrs
- Little adventurers can really start to branch out and test their skills on our Pro courses. These courses take our Juniors to the next level in both height and obstacle difficulty.
- Onsite Adult (18+) supervision is required. No Grown-Up or Adult access to Junior courses allowed.
- A reach height of 120 cm is recommended.
Beginner 8+yrs
- If you’ve never done a tree ropes course, beginner is the place to start. Learn the ropes here (literally), test your strength and agility and satisfy your adventurous side!
- 1 participating Grown-Up (16+) is required per up to 4 children (8-10yrs).
- A reach height of 145 cm is recommended.
Intermediate 8+yrs
- Legs a little wobbly? Our Intermediate courses provide a thrill for those who are new to climbing but want a heart pumping, adrenaline hit too!
- 1 participating Grown-Up (16+) is required per up to 4 children (8-10yrs).
- A reach height of 145 cm is recommended.
Advanced 10+yrs
- Now we’re reaching new heights! If you’re confident in zipping, swaying and climbing though the trees, these advanced courses will stretch your limbs and test your abilities.
- 1 participating Grown-Up(16+) is required per up to 4 children.
- A reach height of 155 cm is recommended.
Expert 13+yrs
- Top of the world! Our expert courses will test the agility and fitness of any climbing extraordinaire.
- Grown-Up supervision is required from the ground for climbers aged 13-17yrs.
- Climbers must have successfully completed a red course beforehand.
- A reach height of 170 cm is recommended.
Terms And Conditions
- The booking is a non-refundable purchase and is for a specific time and date. Changes to the date and / or time of the reservation will only be considered if received seven days before the confirmed tour. The client will only be accommodated at an available time and date. Proof of age, such as a passport, or school identification card will be requested for all children when checking in for the tour. There must be one parent, or adult guardian, accompanying children under 13 years of age. Guests will be required to sign a waiver before commencement of the tour
- Carrying of objects - Safety requirements dictate that we do not allow the carrying of any personal items that can be dropped or lost during the tour including, jewellery, cameras, mobile phones, keys or any other loose object. Hollybank Treetops Adventure will provide guests with a secure locker in which to leave their valuables. Guests can wear spectacles or sunglasses on the adventure, we will supply them with a suitable lanyard to secure them. If required guests will be able to bring medication on the tour with them
- We reserve the right to decline a guest to participation in the tour, if we believe they would be unable to carry out all the required drills to enjoy a safe and exhilarating tour.
