Time

Tours depart daily one hour prior to sunrise and duration of tour is approximately 2.5 hours. You will need to contact the local tour operator prior to travel to confirm tour time (tour operator details will appear on your tour voucher)

Additional Information

Please provide names and weights of all riders in booking notes. There is no weight limit, however please confirm with the tour operator if any guest travelling is over 100kg so your needs can be catered for (tour operator details will appear on your tour voucher)
Tours are not suitable for children under 5 years of age and children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult

Cancellation Policy

Amendments made to bookings with more than 24 hours notice are free of charge.
Cancellations outside of 24 hours will incur a $5 per person admin fee, within 24 hours of the confirmed pick-up time no refund will be provided. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions a full refund will be issued. Or if travelling/tours are affected by COVID-19 restrictions a full refund or free tour date change will be issued.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour pickup time.
No refunds will not be issued to passengers who are considered ‘no shows.
Extenuating circumstances requiring tour refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
