• VIC regional cinemas

How to Redeem

• Book your session online or at the box office. The eVoucher is not a ticket; it must be used to book your session.
• To redeem online, enter the barcode and 4-digit PIN from your eVoucher at eventcinemas.com.au/sessions.
• To redeem at the box office, present your eVoucher as a printout or on your mobile.
• Online bookings incur additional fees not covered by the eVoucher. Redeeming in person has no booking fee.

Terms and Conditions

• This eVoucher expires on the date specified and provides 1x V-Max admission at Event Cinemas, BCC or select Village Cinemas.
• Only valid for V-Max Sessions. Cannot be used for Moonlight Cinemas, Gold Class, Premium Seating Concepts, 4DX, SCREENX, IMAX, Boutique, Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events. Surcharges apply to upgrade to 3D or Recliners. 3D glasses sold separately. Must be used before the expiry date. Your eVoucher status (including expiry date) can be viewed online eventcinemas.com.au/giftcard/balance.
• The eVoucher must be used by the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, replaced, or exchanged. Keep the barcode and PIN secure; once used, barcodes are void. Barcodes cannot be reused.
• No refunds, except as legally required. No change given.
• Defaced, altered, or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.

• Event Cinemas reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of an eVoucher will be received at time of booking
• Once you have purchased your eVoucher, you can then book in your movie and session via the Event Cinemas website. Simply select the movie/session you wish to attend, enter the barcode number where it says "I have a voucher/code” and continue to enter each barcode for each eVoucher you wish to use
• Mobile eVouchers are accepted! - eVouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
• For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your eVoucher
