• Hunter Valley Wildlife Park is open daily from 9am - 4pm with last entry at 3pm
• The park is open on Christmas day, however hours may vary. Please check operating hours directly with operator.

• Each ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable and may be cancelled by Hunter Valley Wildlife Park personnel if you engage in unsafe or inappropriate conduct or otherwise breach the conditions of entry
• For the health of the animals, staff and other guests, smoking and vaping is not permitted within the park grounds
• Infants (0 - 2 years) are free of charge
• ID is required for Concession tickets
