Apart from traditional sukiyaki and shabu shabu, their special French black truffle soup base has a unique aroma that enhances the flavour of everything it is paired with. Only the freshest ingredients are carefully selected to serve; from live Australian lobster, snow crab, and a vast selection of sashimi, to premium Japanese Kobe Wagyu beef in a variety of cuts.
