Sumiyaki is a Japanese-style barbecue, where fresh meat, seafood and vegetables are grilled over a charcoal flame. Only the finest ingredients are served at Shou Sumiyaki. The highlight of their menu is their limited Japanese Kobe Wagyu beef, with great marbling, that melts in your mouth. They also offer a special breed of black hair pig from Japan – Kurobuta pork, as well as Saltbush lamb, organic poultry and a wide selection of seafood.
